By downloading or using Penny Radar (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Penny Radar is a product of Access Alerts LLC.
What Penny Radar is
Penny Radar is an ambient, location-based game. It estimates a playful daily "total" based on how busy the area around you tends to be, using your device's approximate location. This total is entirely fictional. It is not real money, is never linked to any bank account, card, or purchase, and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for anything of value. Leaderboard rankings are based on these fictional totals only.
Eligibility
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age required to consent to these terms in your country, you may only use the App with a parent or guardian's permission.
Your username
The App does not require an account or your real name. You may choose an anonymous username for the leaderboard. Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or include personal information. We may change or remove any username that breaks these rules.
Annual Pass
Penny Radar is free to play with ads. The optional Annual Pass ($1.99/year) removes ads. It renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Fair play
You agree not to manipulate the leaderboard (for example with spoofed locations or modified versions of the App), harass others, or interfere with the App's normal operation. We may reset totals or remove players from the leaderboard to keep it fair.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is," for entertainment. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any density estimate, total, or ranking, and the App may contain bugs or be unavailable at times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Access Alerts LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
