My total isn't going up

Penny Radar needs location access. On iPhone, go to Settings → Penny Radar → Location and choose Always so catches keep coming while the app is closed. Catches come as you move around; sitting still in one spot earns slowly.

How is my total worked out?

Every few minutes, the app checks how many shops, cafés, offices and attractions are in the area around you (using OpenStreetMap). Busier areas earn more per minute. It's a fun estimate, never real money.

When does the leaderboard reset?

At midnight, your local time.

Delete my data

In the app, open the Profile tab and tap Delete my data. Everything is erased immediately. If you no longer have the app, email us and we'll do it for you.

Cancel the Annual Pass

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Penny Radar. See Refund & Cancellation.
